Though this term is thought of in Dutch, we chose to use the Lingua Franca for this document.

Synchrism is a multi-lingual/-linguistics concept, and a trans-lingual philosophy not just with language, but in thinking, associations, culture, and liminality. 

 

              Many multi-lingual people understand that some languages have words and concepts that resonate better,       or holds a multitude of additional meanings, hold a different color or vibe that suits better to the meaning            one is trying to express, convey.
 

This document is not a “religious” proclamation, nor a corporate trademark document, nor an academic paper.

 

This document is a ritual linguistical / speech act, a moment of coining, a self-aware creation, and a wink towards mythology and the evolution of religion, culture and language.

Without claiming divine revelations this document is meant as an official document for the birthing of the term:    Synchrist →  Synchrism & Synchristic        [A term for a way of thinking/living]

 

What is a Synchrist, and what does synchrist mean?
Synchrist –      is not “just a word”
                       it is not a title

                        it is not a brand
                       it is not a role

 

Synchrist is a life-philosophy; a way to view life with, and frame(s) to view life through. 

It’s more about; what does a Synchirst do, in the end.
 

It is an accurate man-made (self-made) mythology/ideology,

by a liminal soul in a liminal space from a liminal region,

and could be considered; a liminal meta-religion (religare + relegare).

It is cognitive, philosophical & meaningful.

It is a mix of existing terms, words with existing meanings.
Other than that it is our own creation out of existing logic and with use of our own logic, thus not copied or taken from some-one or some place else.

The two concepts that create synchrist are;               syn- and christ.
 

CHRIST refers to:
1. Enlightenment / awareness, in Gnostic context there is Christian, or Christ, referring to taking Christ’s lessons to heart and practice, and achieving Christ-awareness, or Christ-enlightenment.
But one could also call this Buddha awareness, etc. It’s about the state of mind, followed by behaviors, not the name of the archetype.

 

1.1 Light and enlightenment symbolically refer to truth, awareness/consciousness, and wisdom.

            Now these are a lot of words with meanings and context, that at times might differ from different groups,      or how they use them, and what they mean. 
             In this case it is as straight forward as we have put it.

2. Also Christ because this is the linguistical heritage of my upbringing and its historical and cultural context within a Western European nation and Christianity. But not as a Christian in that sense. It is more Gnostic than dogma’s and institutions. 

 

SYN – encompasses a little bit more, so to speak:

            Syn references to all forms of van “samenhang” (coherence, cohesion+):

                                                                        structural, temporal, neurological and creative.
The syn- components of Synchrist represent the abilities to perceive, recognize, and integrate; patterns, rhythms, connections and meaning (-patterns/-structures).

                                               Samenhang: coherence, cohesion, connectedness, interrelatedness, integration

 

There are Four Families or clusters of syn- words

And most but not least a tongue-in-cheeck context:              SYNNER

 

 

Synchristic thinking = Synapses synaptic-ally firing at critical masses.

                                                aka CRITICAL THINKING/AWARENESS

 

Life isn’t a blank slate handed down to you, know yourself in your true forms, read your own story written in time and space itself, if you only dare to be aware.

Then you’ll see that your story is already written in the movements, in blood, in routes, in places, before you even entered the stage. Not as determinism but as context.

You don’t need to make up your story, you are not inventing yourself, you are recognizing yourself or in other words reading yourself.

You don’t only read what happened, but why it resonates. If you only dare to see your true forms, not in the versions that others made for or of you, or how you wished you would be.
No man/woman can walk out on his/her/their story.
 

Side note:       

This requires a level of psychological, social, and biological literacy and cognitive maturity.
Synchrism also is largely in line with Liberation theology and Homo-theology.

 

 

Dionysogetic: Unapologetic.

Polylithic = non-monolithic, multi-lithic.

Syn                              = combine, put together, work together, coherent/composed, merge, ...
